What kinds of washers and dryers do we accept for pickup
We accept all makes and models of old and unwanted washers and dryers no matter what the age or condition. For instance, we accept Admiral, Amana, Frigidaire, Kenmore, Whirlpool GE, LG, and Samsung just to name a few. We do not accept large industrial washers or dryers however. So contact us if you have any type of household washer or dryer that is either working or broken.
What to know before we arrive for washer pickup in Canton
Before we arrive please be sure that your washer is not full of water as this can make the appliance unstable and hard to transport. There are a number of ways to remove the water from the washer. One way is to lower the big hose from the washer to the floor. In this way gravity and pressure will allow the water to flow out of the washer. If this does not work then you may have to use a small pot or bowl and scoop out the water from the washing machine.
Are there any extra free that I may have to pay.
If you your appliance is upstairs or in the basement then you will have to pay a fee of $25 per appliance per flight. Also if you live more that 20 minutes from Canton then you will have to pay an extra fee of $25 depending on how far you are located from the city limits. For instance if you live more than 30 minutes away then you will have to pay $50 extra. If you are more than 45 minutes away then you will have to pay $90.
If you have a considerable amount of washers and dryers then we will have to give you a free quote since we will not be able to remove a truck load of washers and dryers for free.
What other appliances do we accept?
We also accept other appliances as well. The cost is still only $35. If your refrigerator is upstairs or in the basement then you will have to pay an additional $35 dollars per flight for appliance removal. Also if you refrigerator contains a considerable amount of mold or rust then you will have to pay $90 for appliance removal. Please note that a dishwasher must be accompanied by another major appliance in order to be picked up.
