Please note that if your appliance is situated in a difficult position, such as a basement or upstairs then the pickup personnel reserves the right to charge you a small fee depending on how hard it will be to extract your old appliance. This fee can range from 20 dollars to 50 dollars. To prevent this fee please have your appliance situated in an easy to reach position.
Please allow up to an hour for an associate to contact you in order to set up an appliance pickup appointment in California. Also remember to include the city and state that you live in so that you appliance pickup can be handled in the quickest way possible. This is important when trying to schedule an appliance pick up because if you do not include the city and state that you live in then we have to try to figure out where you are located.
